Stamford Ford took my car for a week longer than they promised, did twice as much labor than was discussed (including a "recall" that suspiciously cost a significant amount), and ended up charging $250 in "diagnostic" fees in addition to parts and labor. I never authorized the "recall" labor or expensive "diagnostic": in fact, I couldn't even REACH the service dept. when trying to call twice a day for a week. When they returned the car (which took over an hour), they delivered it with both the Check Engine light and the Service light on -- both of which were NOT on when the car was delivered to them, and were unrelated to the issue that was actually being looked at. When asked to provide a code before I took possession of my car, they claimed that it was impossible, because none of the employees there knew how to work a code reader, and all of the service technicians supposedly left promptly at 5pm (15 minutes earlier) & "locked up the code readers". Violation of C.G.S. Sec. 14-65f. =(

This is the best place to lease ,service ,or purchase a Ford. I've done business in many Ford dealerships, but this is the one establishment that treated me with respect, integrity, and went above and beyond to give me the best options for the car I wanted to drive. I've leased for 20 years, but two years ago bought my 2011 Explorer. I have a dealership near my home, but three times of trying to explore options failed, and I went back to Stamford.I recommend this place as #1 to do business with.

I bought my second Ford Edge from them in October and as with my first purchased, these guys are great. Chris is great, no pressure, very professional, sincere and honest. It's the most professional dealership I've ever dealt with and I've bought a lot of cars. I haven't had any major repairs done there, just regular maintenance and they do a good job and the guys at the desk are very friendly. Waiting area gets cold in winter, my only complaint....lol!

Missed the fact that my breaks were worn down at my service check up.
