I went to Fitness Showroom today dreading having to find the right treadmill to meet our running needs. I didn't expect anyone to be that helpful and "walk" me through the differences that each treadmill offers. Michael Ricca couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgable about treadmills. He was a pleasure to work with and I strongly suggest that one should only shop there when choosing a treadmill or other piece of workout equipment.

He did an excellent job describing and demonstrating all the different styles of fitness equipment, and showing me the different advantages of each and he gave me a great deal on a new Fitness Trainer and accessories. What is great about Michael is that he regularly followed-up with me during and after delivery and installation and is providing me with complimentary training.
