All of our teachers are state certified with current CPR and first aid certifications. We also require all teachers to attend continuing education workshops.Your child's safety is our number one concern. We go to great lengths to protect your child when he or she is here.The program at All About Kids is state licensed, and each one of our teachers is state certified. Our staff participates in continuing education workshops, CPR training, and first aid training. At All About Kids, Inc. we believe in an approach that focuses on hands-on experiences for the children. Each child will get the opportunity to explore, discover, and create on their own. Our learning environment fosters self-expression, creativity, and a safe place to learn. We are conveniently located in Stamford, CT and have been providing top quality childcare to Lower Fairfield County since 1985.Our facility is locally owned and operated, so you can feel confident and safe leaving your child with us throughout the day. From dressing up in a fireman costume to shaking tambourines and singing a classic lullaby, your child will be engaged in fun activities throughout the day. Our program is structured to provide each child with an opportunity to develop social and cognitive skills at his or her own pace. Outdoor play is a great way for your child to get out of the building and burn off some extra energy. Throughout the 12 months of the year, your child will engage in fun exercise and physical activity outside each day on our playground. We don't keep your child cooped up inside! Each child in our program will enjoy the outdoors when the weather is appropriate for them to go outside. Our well-maintained outdoor play area is safe and contains activities for children of all physical activity levels to engage in. Our outdoor play area is completely fenced in and is secure. Toys and equipment cascade throughout the play area to provide children with endless fun and activities.

Good teachers, very nice social environment. However, personal hygiene is not reinforced. Procedures recommended to reduce spread of germs and illnesses are not followed and are not reinforced.

A great preschool. Loving teachers + great curriculum for both acadimic and fun + flexibility = a satisfied parent. Last but not least their fees are very competitive in this area.

Not trustworthy in suggesting what is really needed for the child. Just a money making business. They asked us to visit again to assess the change in the cavity after few weeks and gave an appointment. Next time when we went, it was not the same doctor, so they charged another time and gave another appointment. When i asked give me in writing why another appointment and what their prescription was, the doctor got scared and did not write what she said. While speaking she was telling about what huge damage will be done if i dont come ack to them, but in writing she said that its not necessary and as a precaution we should come again. They just want you to keep visiting them so that they can make money and you cant trust what they are telling about your child's teeth and what treatment is really required.
My child attends this school, has for the past year, and we are all thrilled with All About Kids. My husband and I interviewed over 20 schools in Norwalk, Darien, STamford, Wilton and New Canaan, and All About Kids criculum, art program, music and fitness was above and beyond any other program. And the price for all that my daughter gets is also way below what most schools are charging. We love AAK and the teachers who make it a truly special learning experience. Christine D.
