I made a huge mistake taking my dog to Cozy inn . When I picked her up they gave me pictures of a dog same breed said it was mine it wasn't. So I wonder did my dog get her medicine or did they give it to a dog that looked like her! I will never go back

i.e.,Sorry to say that we USED to love the Cozy Inn. Until they failed to call and tell me that my best friend could hardly walk, almost the entire 2 weeks we were gone (they did call once that trip to ask permission to order more ointment for a sore on her leg, but no mention of a problem). While it might not have changed the final outcome (although it might have), I could have come home sooner to spend more time with her. My dog was well known there and some of the people watching her that time had seen her before, many times. I thought I could trust them to take care of my dogs, but they let me down. A local favorite, or highly recommended because
