General Info
When you purchase a Rosner vehicle you are entitled to the complete package of Rosner Rewards and customer care benefits, which provide you with enhanced servuces such as oil changes and installed parts guaranteed for life! It's our way of saying thank you. At Toyota of Stafford, you will find a full selection of both new Toyotas and pre-owned vehicles to choose from. Our dealership is open Monday-Friday 7am to 9pm, Sautruday 7am to 7pm and Sundays 8am to 5pm. HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY In 1979 Ron Rosner purchased the Toyota dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The dealership was located at the corner of William Street and Washington Avenue, where the Free Lance Star newspaper building is located today. Up until that point he worked for Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church, Virginia as their General Manager. Mr. Rosner is originally from New York City. He has a great love of family, golf and most other sports. He has a master's degree in international economics from American University and a BA from NYU. Ron spent time in the Peace Corps as a volunteer in Ecuador in the 60's. He is married to Nancy. Their son Clay Huber is the President of the family business. Ron and Clay enjoy working together as they both share a passion for automobiles and their wonderful employees. Clay Huber joined the Rosner team in 1990 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He completed the NADA Dealer Academy before working full time in the business. Clay is married to his wife, Gail, and they have 3 boys Jake, Evan and Chad who will hopefully join the family business one day! We moved from the old dealership on William Street in 1986 and built a new state of the art brick building where we are today on Route 1. We are proud to say that some of our very first employees are still with our company after all these years. As Fredericksburg grew so did Rosner Motors adding our Collision Center in 2000 and our Stafford Toyota dealership in 2004. This was also the year both locations added the Scion franchises to compliment our Toyota stores. In 2007 we expanded further by adding a Chevrolet dealership in Melbourne, Florida. In December of 2008 a dream became a reality when we purchased the Mercedes and Volvo stores in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Most recently we were awarded a Nissan franchise that will be opening in the Spring of 2011 in Stafford, Virginia. The Rosner Auto Group continues to grow and prosper with the loyalty and dedication of our hardworking staff. We are proud of this fact and enjoy seeing our loyal employees grow with us. We are heavily involved and contribute to many worthwhile causes and charities. We are privileged and blessed to be able to give back to our community and enjoy our business, family and friends. As we look to the future, our goals are to provide outstanding market representation for the manufacturers we represent, provide rewarding and personally satisfying career opportunities

We purchased a used car, and upon returning for an oil change, discovered that the oil was completely dry. As there were no stains, no indications of leaks, and the oil plug was in place, the last logical answer was that the techs forgot to put oil in the car when we got our final inspection and oil change prior to leaving the dealership. Instead of apologizing for making a mistake, as any car repair location can do, and offering to repair the issue, they blamed us, blamed VW, blamed whoever they could, all while being derisive and disrespectful. After one month of limited communication that was usually minimal, strained, sarcastic, or forced, we finally got our car back after they took it to the VW dealership to be fixed under warranty. They also gave us a loaner. Both seem to me to be admission of guilt, but I'll leave that determination to you. Front-end customer service is great, loans are easy. Just avoid the service department.
