I am a Grace Prep parent (since 2006 at the highschool level for 5 of our 8 children). My husband and I have also served for 2 years on the faculty and I have worked part-time in the office. I have seen many sides to Grace Prep. The teachers are credentialed in their subject area which helps to assure me as a parent that every effort at quality education is happening. The children's standardized test scores positively reflected this expectation. From the faculty/staff side of things I can assure you that the child's heart is the number one concern. Yes, Grace is a "business" and as such, must adhere to certain policies if it is to stay in business. But never, I repeat, never, does keeping the doors of Grace open take precedence over a child's heart. Furthermore, every effort is made to engage the parents in partnering in the education. I truly feel that my children have gotten the "best of both worlds" - knowledgeable teachers who truly care about my child(ren) along with "traditional home education" via parental involvement. The school accurately reflects its name: Grace - biblical integration with all classes, mid-week chapel, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and more. Preparatory - none of the three that have graduated had any difficulty doing college level work and the required biblical worldview class helped prepare them for the "real" world. Reviews are limited. At some point you need to check it out for yourself. I know you will find a warm welcome and the desire to serve you in your educational goals.

Grace Prep is a fantastic school! My children have attended for four years and are thriving. They have gained the capacity to work independently and successfully through the unique university-model of education. As parents, we are thankful to know what our students are learning and to have a role in instructing them. Administrators, teachers and other parents work together to make this a loving, Christ-centered community. Students are well supported to be successful. We love Grace Prep and plan to attend for many years to come!

Very disappointed with this school. The administration is not responsive to problems. I had to take my children out because they had fallen behind their public school friends. Not worth the money, difficult people to deal with. Not recommended.
