General Info

A bail bond is needed when a person is arrested for a criminal offense and brought to the jail. There are times when the magistrate will release a person without needing a bail bond. And there are times when a person will BE held with NO bond. If a bail bond is SET YOU should contact OUR agency immediately and we will discuss ALL of the details. But generally speaking. What is needed to post a bail bond is the FEE (TEN percent of the total amount of the bond). And a qualified person to sign responsibility on the bond. And this person will BE responsible for the full amount of the bond if the person WHO is incarcerated does NOT appear to ALL court dates for the case.

Our office is located within walking distance of the Stafford County Courthouse on route 1. We normally meet our clients at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, or which ever county jail the incarcerated person will be released from.
