Chynna Group is a minority and veteran owned, service disabled, small business with a dual focus on real estate development. One aspect of the firm's mission is to secure distressed properties or properties from owners who are facing critical situations such as divorce, foreclosure, major repairs, and more. The company then renovates the property with the intent to sell or rent at an affordable price to buyers in the national capital region. Our target audience is veterans, transitioning military and persons who are finding it difficult to secure a residence. Chynna Group's second focus is to secure set-aside government contracts dealing with the refurbishment of government real estate. We are skilled in framing, painting, electrical, plumbing, concrete, tiling, roofing, Sheetrock, door/window installation and any other construction sub-categories.
