Bang Music offers a friendly and warm environment for students to come and meet with their instructors for lessons. My son was moderately interested in learning to play the guitar and now after meeting with his instructor at Bang, he refuses to miss a lesson. Really, I have had a sick kid angry with me for making him stay home!

In addition to teaching students, they have just about everything a musician could need for sale or rent. Bang, also takes care of the community. They have a food collection bin for the local food bank and I just recently heard from a friend of mine that they donated some equipment to be used at the 8th grade end of the year dance. This is truly the kind of place in which you can feel good about being a customer .

I am consistently impressed by the customer service delivered by the staff at BANG! Music. Everyone there is knowledgeable and attentive, and Joe especially is willing to work with customers to meet their needs. I have taken guitar lessons here, from Jon Wiley, and was never disappointed with the experience. I would start taking lessons again in a heartbeat if I had the time! I have also never had problems with getting repairs done here. Aedan has set up two of my guitars, and he goes out of his way to explain what needs to be done and is willing to answer any questions I may have. I would never take my babies anywhere else!

My husband is a musician. I am not. I know nothing about music or instruments or the accessories that go with them. I talked to someone at this store, several times, about gifts to pick up for my husband. I was met with patience and a staff that was more then eager to help me to get just what I needed. They felt like family and I left feeling good about the purchases I had made. My husband was elated and I didn't feel embarrassed because I have zero knowledge of music. I am hopeful to get lessons for our grandchildren in the future. Thanks gang!
