It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Despite claiming that this works on light hair, I have not seen much - if any - results after several treatments. The primary reason for the low rating is from a customer service experience. Despite calling 30 minutes before my appointment to let them know I would be late because of traffic, I was turned away when I arrived for being late. Normally this would not be a big deal, but after spending over 2 hours in the car driving there, I was turned away for being 15 minutes late only to drive another 1.5 hours home. So 4 hours in the car they couldn't give me a treatment that takes 5-10 minutes (they were aware of the 2+ hour commute I had just endured and still turned me away). Needless to say, I will not be returning nor would I recommend any place with this lack of customer service to anyone.
