Great sales job - but that is where it ends. Broken promises by coordinator, 2x as long to complete as quoted. Workers were great, coordinator terrible. When Customer Service in their office was called, the response to the inquiry was met with a 'well, we have a lot of projects ongoing, I can't help you with that' - should say a lot. I had to get Management involved and while he 'said' the right things during our discussion, the follow up was exactly like the coordinator - non existant. And not to mention, there has been ZERO follow up since completion! One would think that with a sizeable investment on an owner's behalf, which means big revenue for Texas Custom Patios, that they would actually care and take pride in their finished product and do a complimentary follow up! The final product looks great - but only because of the talented workers they have.
