Excellent Doctor

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Zegarra after she was referred to an endocrinologist by her pediatrician. I was very happy with the explanations of the diagnosis and the time he spent answering my questions. He was very patient and kind.

General Info: Dr. Zegarra specializes in pediatric endocrinology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the hospital staff in 2021. He sees patients on our main campus in St. Petersburg, Florida, and at our Outpatient Care location in Tampa. Dr. Zegarra earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami. He completed a pediatric residency from Jackson Memorial Hospital-University of Miami, followed by a fellowship in endocrinology from Stanford Health Care-Stanford University in Stanford, California.
