      This letter is intended to acknowledge the outstanding job, which your employees, Lenore, Marqueritte and Lori provided for my brother, Dan Sikorsky. At a time when we needed someone to help, Lenore was there. She assessed my brothers needs, made suggestions, and together we were able to provide my brother with the help he needed. She was professional, compassionate, accommodating, caring and most of all a delight to work with. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was to us. Lenore provided us with us two unbelievable people to help with my brother. They were Marqueritte and Lori. My brother was not an easy person to help. He was plagued with not only paralysis but also several other conditions that caused him pain and made him uncomfortable, irritable, and short. Marqueritte and Lori found a way in which to befriend him and make his suffering a little less. The care they gave him was indescribable. They made him laugh, they took him to his appointments, and they
