I have been communicating with P**** the practice manger for the Tyrone location and Benfield's customer advocacy team who hung up on me. I have yet have any fair resolution offering made by banfield which is really upsetting. You think as veterinarians if they would care about their customers and general well being of the pets they treat or failed to. Due to them and their veterinary partners not properly treating my puppy's broken leg she was in extreme pain for two weeks and her leg healed incorrectly. Now to have it healed properly they will have to rebreak it and it will mostly likely be at least another $3,000 in out of pocket expenses. It breaks my heart that I am not the only owner of a pet that has suffered in the hands of banfield. These are peoples babies you are mistreating and it needs to stop!! Please do some research on google or the facebook group Boycott Banfeild Pet Hospital before you take you pets to banfeild.

I took my cat "Ares" there when he had stopped eating. I had very little money. The staff and doctors took care of my pet, they were kind and the low office visit made it possible for me to afford to treat my pet. The hospital was very clean. I would reccomend it to all my friends.
