Since January, 1991, Soft Touch Studio, 7217 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, FL, has been owned and singly operated by Dawn Hamel-Forde. Dawn is a licensed Skin Care Specialist (Aesthetician), Nail Care Specialist and Certified Permanent Makeup Artist. At Soft Touch Studio one client is in the Studio at a time. No rush and no wait. A quiet time for you to be pampered, relax and get away from every day busy schedules. Clients that come to the studio will request from one service to multiple services. Time is set aside for each client.
