If you love steak this is the place to go to. Our party of 5 each had different types of steak and each was perfect. I have not had a better rib eye in a long time. Finally a steak house in the St Pete area that knows how to prepare a steak perfectly. The service is professional and very friendly. I live in St Pete and my wife and I will be regular customers. Attended soft opening last night. WOW! It's not big, and parking is a little sparse, but like the other Casey falily restaraunts (Snappers and Madfish) the service is great, and holy cow, the steaks are phenomenal! Only at Ruth's Chris have I ever had a fillet that was served warm in the middle without being overcooked. I'm told the 1200 Chop House invested in the same type of grill, and my fillet was a perfect pink, but it was actually HOT in the middle when served. I savored my fillet for much longer than I would normally, and even towards the last bite, it was still warm in the middle! . Only downside was overeating-I could have made 2 meals out of the 7 oz fillet, but it was too good to stop.
