Prompt, friendly service. Did a very professional job--furnace works great!

I have used Rumpca's since moving into my house about 15 years ago. They do my annual furance check-up and any plumbing services that I might need. They have always been friendly, polite and efficient. So when it came time to replace my furnace, A/C and water heater, I called on them. Jeff, the estimator, explained the options available to me and pointed out that my Xcel rebates on the furnace and A/C would pay for my water heater. Yippee!!!! On the day of the install, the crew (whose names I unfortunately don't have) arrived on time, put down their floor protection mats and went to work. They were so quiet that I almost forgot they were here. They finished slightly ahead of schedule, showed me what they had done and reminded me that I needed to buy a different size of filter for this furnace. Jeff came by to answer any questions, fill out the rebate forms and pick up my check. Easy peasy. I continue to be impressed by your employees' politeness and efficiency. I will (and have) recommend you to anyone in the area who needs plumbing or heating services.

Our AC was on its last legs of course right during the first heat wave of the summer. We use Rumpca for one reason-we trust them. We trust their people, their servicemen and their quality of installs. Our new Lennox AC had to be ordered and due to the heat wave, Rumpca installers were about a week out. Unfortunately, the temps were supposed to soar over the weekend and our old AC was on its deathbed. After a couple of inquiry calls to Rumpca, they sent a serviceman out to help limp our old AC along until the new one could be installed--this in spite of their techs packed schedule (due to other AC customers like me calling with issues haha). Like I said, we have had used Rumpca to install our new Lennox furnace and now our new Lennox AC. If trust, quality of install and customer service are important to you, call Rumpca. Once again I'm very pleased with the work done by Rumpca Services!! From the initial sales and estimate call with Jeff, to the installation by Travis and Zack the craftsmanship stood out! This is my third different installation and have been totally satisfied.

I was so distraught when my 20 year old Lennox AC quit, especially to find out that mice had chewed the wires and shorted out the compressor. I did my research on the best AC to purchase and Lennox was rated at the top. Then I looked for a local installer and came across Rumpca's. They had great reviews. They sent out a representative the next day. The representative measured the square footage of my home, looked at my furnace and recommended a few models that would work well for me. The price was very reasonable. Rumpca's scheduled me for an installation a week later. One the day of he jnstall, two professionals arrived; they explained the process and went right to work. Within hours, my home was cooling down. Rumpca's even made sure any port of enter for mice to enter was closed up! When they left, there was no mess; everything was perfect. Thanks to everyone at Rumpca's . Now I am living the dream in my cooled home!
