I have purchased at least fifteen tires from Eric for my families cars. I have had a problem with one and it was replaced without a problem. I would recommend Eagle to anyone who needs their services.

In Response to heather.keeney1 , I stand behind my work and product, if you have a problem with a tire ,call or come see me , I give all my used tires a 60 day warranty against defects or the like and new tires have a manufactured warranty !

They are worse than cheesy car salesmen! They will lie to you about the quality of the tire. It may be "new" but it's destined to blow out once you hit the road. They're experts when it comes to hiding the problems. Oh and u bet they'll never tell you they buy their tires cheap because there's a defect so they are considered "used" tires when they purchase them and then they can still sell them new. They don't care how many lives you are carrying in your vehicle. They just need to make the sale to pay their crackhead employees. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I went in for a used tire to replace one that I had damaged and unable to patch. They had several tires in my size in stock and I handpicked the nicest one of the 3-4 available and the sales rep carried the one I selected up to the front and filled a repair order which I gladly signed. The price was more than fair and I left as they preformed the work. Apparently while I was gone they picked another tire with much less tread on it than the one I selected while I was in there previously and proceeded to install that. They never called me to explain the mix-up, instead just went ahead and installed an inferior tire. Upon my return, they said the tire I had selected was already sold to another customer so they installed the inferior tire in its place. They could tell I was a little miffed and offered a discount for the mix-up. I was OK with that until they brought my car out after the work had been finished and the inside had smudges all over the seat, center console, steering wheel, door panel and floor mat. They never covered anything! The shop was filthy and the employees were worse. I completely understand it's a dirty business and I have no problem with that, but have some pride in your work and get someone who is clean be the person to bring cars in and out of the shop and be the face of your business. I would have rather spent double what I did and left feeling good about the experience instead of what I got. If you have an older vehicle that you don't really care what it looks like and price is the most important factor for you, they are a great place to go. If you have a new/newer vehicle that you take any pride in, you may want to look somewhere else.
