After a complete kitchen remodel I had many concerns about poor craftsmanship, shoddy detail work and general lack of concern in the finished product. Of course during the initial bidding phase, owner Dave Roozen promised that any issues I had would be just a phone call from being quickly remedied. In reality, my phone calls and e-mails went unreturned after final payment was made. Remodeling Options prices were higher than other bidders but initially I had confidence that I would be getting what I paid for. By the end I only had regrets that I chose this company and I'm stuck with an unacceptable kitchen remodel and the expense of hiring someone else to fix it.
