Years ago I need something magical to work on some pet stains and was referred to Best Vac. The store was sparkling clean, very well organized and the staff was amazing. They listened to what I had to say, handed me a product and I was out the door. I loved the floor cleaning liquid they suggested and knew I would be going back there for future needs, but never did because it wasn't as convenient as some of the dept stores that I visited on a regular basis. Recently, I came across their page on FB and "liked" it. I didn't realize that I had just entered myself into a drawing and I won a FREE RICCAR VACUUM!!!! I've always hated vacuuming and never understood the importance of making an investment in a good vacuum until I brought my new vacuum home and tried it out. Just like that, I will never have a dept. store vacuum ever again. It is amazing. A few days later I went back to Best Vac and purchased a carpet cleaner...they were very thorough about showing me how to operate it before sending me out the door and made it very clear that I can call or stop in with any questions or concerns. I will always make that special trip to Best Vac anytime my floors need attention!!

Best Vac in St. Charles is the place to go to buy a vacuum cleaner that will last for years. Their service is top notch and they even give you a loaner if your vacuum needs to be repaired. Even Wal Mart or Target cant match that. They also have great cleaning supplies which makes the dreaded task go a little quicker.

Bought a $500 Vacuum cleaner approx. 4 years ago. Paid for the extra maintenance package. The first year I received a postcard w/ a reminder for the yearly update. The second year I missed it by a couple of months because I didn't receive a reminder card. When I brought it in, the man rudely told me "We don't send out reminder cards anymore, it's your responsibility to remember." I was shocked, because I blamed my own poor memory for the delay and said that the reminder card helped. Then he told me that if anything is broken off warranty the responsiblity would be mine. I just thought "nice service!". Needless to say, it's a Dyson next time around.
