got my locks changed and I think that his name was "Shy" and he was very courteous and helpful and the price was fair and reasonable. Gave really good tips and pointers about my locks and changing them. It was a really hot day and he did all the locksmith work in his truck. I would use them again but hopefully that wont be necessary...
