This is a smaller Sears store but with a big heart with staff going out of thier way to help and inform customers in making a right purchase that they need. Yes, you may have to wait up to a week for delivery but you buy with confidence and peace that you get what is needed for you. One on one is what they give you here with knowledge of the merchandise. And a special thanks to Ben, who went over and above in helping me.

I went in to this store on Black Friday 2012 and worked with an employee, Ben, he was very helpful and knowledgable. I had a lot of questions about products for my husband for Christmas and he gave me a lot of ideas and tips. I can't say enough good things about this employee, he is a true asset to the company, and I hope this does not go unnoticed.

You would not know you were in a Sears store if not for the craftsman brand everywhere!! Hands on owner providing excellent personalized service!! By far the best shopping experience I have ever had in a store of this type. I would recommend this store to everyone in driving distance.
