Left my machine for service and repair and received message it was ready the next day. That’s impressive as I thought it would take longer. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I think shop is in great location as well.

Sweetest lady ever. I didn't realize the time. I had out stayed, past closing. She took the time to explain about sewing classes. Im so excited about classes. I paid $40.00 for classes elsewhere. Which was okay. The thing was i learned nothing. I wound up with an ugly pillow cover that fits nothing. The instructior made. I learned absolutely nothing. I love the idea of being able to create like the sweatshirt you'll did. I want to learn.

Best experience ever for getting my sewing machine repaired. I called to let them know I was driving over an hour to get bring it in. They got right on the repair and I was in and out within an hour and a half. Great folks to deal with.

I took my old Pfaff machine for repair, and purchased a new Pfaff Ambition 620. Shaun and Heidi are very nice people to deal with, and will answer all your questions. They will now be my go-to for any sewing machine needs in the future!!
