I generally don't like to write reviews however I was so pleased with zattek's service I had to share it with the world. I received same day service which was great bc i spent the entire day looking for someone who was willing to provide same day service. Right before I gave up I found Zaitek and they were able to make it out and repair the problem all on the same day. I am so glad to have found them. Their exceptional service is what keeps me coming back to them. I now use them for all my telephone needs

They have prompt service. Customer service was amazing. We needed a system right away because ours went out last minute. Zaitek Comm had us up and running in no time. They worked out a great payment plan for us, due to the sudden investment.

Our aging phone system broke down and we were afraid that we would have to spend thousands to replace it. We couldn't find anyone locally who was willing to mess with it. We called Zaitek and they sent a very polite and professional technician over within two hours. Not only did he figure out the problem quickly, he had the part on his truck to get us back in business in no time. As if that wasn't good enough news, the repair cost was extremely reasonable and it seems as if our system will have a lot more life left than we thought. Top notch people!
