I've been using this facility for over 4 years and have always received exemplary service. The Customer Center staff are always friendly (and I'm nice to them) and willing to go above and beyond; they've helped me pack items, and they've provided me with packing materials I should have paid for or brought myself (don't get excited - small stuff like tape, etc). I've had my share of damaged shipments, but these folks are not to blame. I'd rather deal with them than the Post Office or a UPS Store front any time.

I keep having bad experiences with UPS either the packages gets damaged our the packages end up missing, no one from UPS contacted me to inform me that my package was missing the receiver of the package did. They tell you that they're going to call you back & never call back. This customer service at UPS is horrible.

Yeah this location gets it done. It isnt the smoothest in the world. They always find my package. There are a few people that actually call me to tell me my package arrive and tell me what time they close, how long they will hold my package and they even held a us postal package that was accidentally sent there. God Bless UPS. But if I had to deal with the people around there I wouldn't be motivated as much as they are. Too many negative people would take the time to write a NEGATIVE review around DC . there

I have a damaged package that UPS packaged and shipped and can't get anyone to come and inspect it after reporting it. I had UPS package and ship my item to avoid any mishap with the fragile item. They don't call when they tell you they will call and it's been a week now. What is up with that? I will not ship or package with UPS again. I can't believe as long as UPS has been in business there customer service is so bad. Unbelieveable. I guess they aren't the best anymore.....Lessoned learned the hard way.

You would think, that after two attempts of delivering a package to someone's address in the A.M. that UPS would get the message that perhaps the might be working. So why not attempt the delivery after 4 or 5? Is it that much of a deal, since you have drivers out at that time, to make an honest attempt at delivering my package then. I don't understand the logic and appoligize that I don't accomidate your work schedule more by me taking off from mine job so I can be there at your will. I thought you were about service, huh, you're the wrong folks for service.

Not being able to call the warehouse directly to track my package that seems to be lost in limbo is very, very aggravating!!!

Completely unhappy with the service at UPS. Ordered a package from a retailer with expedited shipping. Wasn't home for the package, no signature required. No notice that the driver attempted to drop it off. Contacted, the 800 number and spoke to a moron who apparently told the local office that I wanted to pick it up there. Two phones later, hopefully the mess has been resolved and I'll find my package waiting for me.
