- Debbie Harrill started Top Line Jaguar in 1990 and continues to own and operate the shop today. She pays all of her employees salary not commission ( most people in the auto repair industry from the person you talk to on the phone to the technician working on your car are on commission), this cuts out mechanics incentive to make expensive repairs. Debbie supplies an honest repair for an honest price.

I am so thankful to find Top Line Jag after years of captivity with either the dealer or other Jaguar "specialists", My experience with Top Line Jag was incredible. They explained the repairs I needed and then delivered top rate service in correcting my X-type issues with warning lights. This place offers professional service at a reasonable price. I definitely will return here in the future and recommend them highly to any jaguar owner.
The first visit with my 2005 XKR was for a synthetic oil change and state inspection. I quickly discovered Debbie and George to be wonderful to work with. They showed me 4 issues they discovered that warranted my attention. They took the time to give me a close up view of the problems with the car on the lift. They quoted reasonable prices for each repair and I opted to fix 3 of them. George heard my concerns and shaved the prices down as best he could. Following the repairs I soon discovered the differential leak had returned and they took the car immediately and discovered a faulty seal and replaced it. They were concerned about a 2nd seal on the differential and took it upon themselves to replace that seal as well AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! I know they lost money on this work. I have to say that I admire a repair shop that makes their reputation a TOP PRIORITY and takes pride in their work and relationship with their customers!!! My convertible top goes off to your dedication and pride.

They pin point the problem with my Jag quickly every time which saves me money. Beautiful shop all the Jaguars are fasinating. I would recommend Top Line to all my friends.
