The service center is terrific but it is next to impossible to talk to a real human being in so-called customer service. I like the people at Fuller Court but I am very angry with the corporate structure, It seems designed to frustrate inquiries and create the most impossible chasm for patients to overcome in order to get what is advertised as real care for the client..
