      SITE SURVEY: Adequate. Did knock off $200 from original estimate after discussion and walk around with Owner. DETAILED COST ESTIMATE: Company just listed major items without detaled cost breakdown for all materials purchased. WORK PERFORMANCE: Came to house with all components. Work perfromed with minor change to gate swing.
