I am a contractor specializing in kitchens and bathrooms I have worked with pyramid granite on the last 15 projects +/- . . .and I have also worked with a dozen other wholesale suppliers and retail fabricators in Northern Virginia as well. AND THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! The price is exceptional, the service is exemplary. (field and office staff alike) and the stone quality is superlative. They are a mid-sized warehousing and fabrication facility but the top-to-bottom service is uniquely personal and pleasantly quirky in a family-like way. If you have to wait for anything understand that they are busy for a reason and your patience will be rewarded. Another thing I have gleaned in my interaction of late is no customer is any bigger, any better or anymore important than any other. And as a small remodeling contractor I truly appreciate and if you're "just" a single-purchase, homeowner . . . I'm thinking you'll appreciate that as well.

I do not recommend this company. They did it on my house. The people are nice. However, the installation is sloppy (don't shim well, only spotty here and there, but not in the back of the cabinets). Didn't measure right even after I told them, didn't cut straight. No receipt when you pay (only the invoice). No warranty paper whatsoever. They said 10 years on the phone. The installation guy says 3 years. Contact for warranty paper and got no response.

Great quality work, professional attitude, best price - that is all I can say about these people. My kitchen counters were installed quickly, neatly and look wonderful. I will recommend this shop to all my friends.

These guys were great. The price was fantastic, the quality of the product was tremendous. They were VERY competitive in Price and they were very easy to work with. 1/3 of the price of Home Depot. 1/2 the price of everyone else and a quality job on top of that. I give them my highest recommendation! We now have a great kitchen and it was so easy!
