NEVER AGAIN! After a botched coloring job at another salon left my hair black three weeks before my June 2008 wedding, I called up this salon and was booked with David (the owner) for corrective coloring. I was seen right away, but his assistant did 90% of the work. I was often left sitting because David was working on 3 other clients at the same time. There weren't enough wash sinks, so I had to wait several times to have my hair washed, sometimes as much as fifteen minutes. At one point I was left sitting under a hair dryer long after the timer went off (finally another stylist noticed me sitting there, abandoned, and came over to see who was doing my hair). As a result my color came out WAY too dark, almost back to the blakc that I walked in with. I was nearly in tears by that point since I'd been there for two hours, most of which I'd been ignored. They finally got the color close to right, but only toom $15 off my bill, still paid $150. Waste of time and money!
