Good qulaity work, but not customer service minded. They delivered 13 boxes of hardwood flooring, used 9 boxes and took the remainder. The company refused to give me credit for the unused flooring. also, I had ordered and paid for 2 flush mount wooden vents which they never installed and refused to credit as well. I will file a formal complaint to the BBB.

I love my carpet however I agree with another reviewer concerning the customer service. I had to keep contacting them regarding installation then they took a long time to even call back. The worst part was they lost my 500 dollar money order and have no regard to looking through their records for it. I will not recommend them to anyone else.

Hired to refinish a 60 year old hardwood floor, I was stunned by the finished product. The crew was delayed a day but adapted their schedual to make sure it was completed before our open house. I subtracted 1 star as I had to request a return visit to address a couple of small concerns. I would recomend them.

Would not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service and poor quality work. You have to stay after them to make sure the job is done right. The owner is not a professional and doesnt not pratice customer services as stated on thier website. if I could give the 0 stars I would. Stay away!

They stripped my current floor and then replaced a few old planks. When I explained to them the amatuer quality, they refused to remedy.
