I cannot begin to tell you how much we have loved America's Best Defense and Mr. Guinn!Mr. Guinn has an uncanny ability to instruct motivate the children, teens and adult in a way that is effective and encouraging. My kids are in the karate classes and I have been in the Krav Maga / Muy Thai kickboxing class and the impact of these classes reach far beyond the studio.I can't say enough good things about ABD and Mr. Guinn's instruciton.
