I have gone 3 times with my family and 1 time with a group i planned for work Sharon who always helps me is the nicest and a lot of fun . The owner Karen is rude and does not get back to customers the pricing is a little high but it is fun. go on thurs or fri nights when sharon is there and don't expect your stuff back quickly
