I gave the company a 4 out of 5 stars in the first review for being reliable and hardworking. The reason I am giving them a 1 out of 5 stars is because the company installed our hallway tile to where the grout lines and travertine veer left instead of straight. Also, I recently noticed that they installed broken/cracked marble tiles in the showers and tried to cover it up with putty or some other type of material instead of replacing them with non-damaged ones (which there were plenty to choose from). They are avoiding me and not resolving the problems. If you want a company that is hardworking and reliable, this is the place. If you want a company that does a great job and is dedicated to making clients happy, this is not the place. They will not take ownership for mistakes or follow-through.

The tile layers are professional, respectful and hard-working. For the most part, they did a beautiful job laying marble and travertine in our house. The con of this company is that the owner does not own up to mistakes or take care of the finished product, if there is a problem. Our hallway, with travertine, is asymmetrical and looks odd because measurements are off by 1/2". They have not admitted to their mistake and/or resolved the situation.
