I got a free tire from my dads garage. Brought it down to see if it was any good. I told them to go ahead and mount it if it is good. Turns out it had huge slashes on it and they didn't notice them until they mounted it do they take it off. But they won't return my $25 mounting fee even though they were absolutely dead/ no customers. So I'm out the 25 for taking 2 mins of their time.



Also never buy their "fun tubes" they pop very easily and are $15 even though they get them for free because it had a hole that they patched.

The worst service EVER so RUDE and disrespectful. The manger Jeff hung up on me as he was yelling to me when I discuss the issue with the owner he could care less. A friend went in to get his tire fixed as he had bought his tires and rims ALL their brand new they charged him to fix his tire and continued to call him a liar that he never got his tires there and he needed to pay up AND THAT WAS THE OWNER!!! Pretty sad with the economy down and 3 other tire stores in less than a mile apart you still think its ok to treat your customers that way. So sad you don’t even deserve 1 star

Don't fall for their upsell attempts.



They used to be one of the "go to" place in Springfield. Not so much anymore...



1. Forgetting to put valve cap back on

2. Failing to replace a tire that was purchased there, got a nail in it, they decided to put a tube in it (wrong type of tire for a tube) or try to seal it three times and the tired failed shorty after each time. Finally went to another tire shop when they refused to honor their warranty.

3. Got oil change and tire rotation- came away with messed up break calipers. Took it back, they game some BS excuse as to what may have caused it while in their care. Got it fixed by an honest place of business.



Also, they are FAMOUS for calling you on your cell while the car is in their care, and telling you about things that they found that also need to be done before you pick it up. They tried it on me (thinking I'm an idiot) they called and tried to tell me something that isn't even mechanically possible on my particular vehicle needed to be done for another $125. I don't think so.



Go somewhere else for your car care needs. They aren't what they used to be.

Drove all the way from Brownsville even though there were closer businesses. Worth it!!
