I gave Oregon Imaging my new insurance info, but they billed my old insurance and sent me a bill which I paid. Then the claim was later denied and my new insurance paid in full leaving me a credit balance. It is now 9 months later and I am still trying to get a refund. I call monthly and am told that the check is sent out for signature, wait until next month. The next month I call and am told the same thing. You have to deal with people in California, and can not speak directly to the refund department. It is truly a nightmare trying to collect from them.



Three months ago I had to go back for another mammogram so I went somewhere else.
