SMOLUCH: After receiving his Medical Degree from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine he completed his internship and residency at the Loyola University Affiliated Hospitals and the University of Illinois. He served as a Lieutenant Commander at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia from 1975 to 1977. Dr. Smoluch is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
