I began going to the office almost 10 years ago. Verity Diegel and Dr. Mcfann were amazing. I was so disappointed to see both of them leave. I then began seeing Trent. I also liked him. The office then merged with Springfield Regional Medical Group. It didn't take long to see the horrific changes. Everytime I call now I am directed to a recording that states the phones are answered until 5 p.m. Although I'm calling during regular business hours nobody ever answers the phone and I'm forced to leave a message. Rarely do I ever receive a call back. When I do speak with someone and try to schedule a sick visit for more urgent situations there are never any openings. All 3 of my children are patients here. Children are prone to getting sick and my only other option is to take them to the hospital or an urgent care. On one occasion when I was scheduled in with Trent they did not put me in their system. I showed up for an appointment that was never scheduled. The staff never take accountability for their mistake and not once did they apologize. I was forced to see a doctor I had never seen before. His name was Dr. Siddiqui and I've never been treated so poorly in my life. He degraded me and disrespected me and had me in tears by the time I left the office. On other occasions I go in and I'm always seeing a new physician. The office staff is constantly changing and as of lately have been so rude. My latest visit was with yet another physician I had never seen before. Her name was Dr Gargom. I told her of my sister's passing just this past August and her first question was if my sister was a drug user. She was dry when she spoke to me and not once did she show any compassion or empathy towards my situation. This office used to be a safe place for me and my children and now it is a nightmare. I've encountered other offices that are part of the Springfield Regional Medical Group and I would discourage anyone from becoming a patient.
