Pentaflex is a forging and stamping specialist. The company maintains a 123,000-square-foot facility with stamping presses, equipment and support machinery to handle a complete range of manufacturing solutions for its partners. The company which has three presses that range from 200- to 300-tons are used primarily for progressive die work. It also has two 500-ton presses that are also used for progressive die work and heavy foaming. The lot sizes for the aforementioned machines range from 5,000 to 40,000 pieces per run. Pentaflex also maintains hydraulic machines for heavy gauge blanking, drawing and forming. The company offers production machining and assembly on standard and CNC machines, assembly stations and automated equipment using manufactured and purchased components. Pentaflex is headquartered in Springfield, Ohio.
