Went in to get a tire, they put the wrong size on so they told us to come in the next day for either the right size tire or money back. We went in and they put another tire on but it was the wrong size again! I asked for my money back and they wouldn't give it to me. Said the new tire was fine and that all they will do. They talked down to me and then lied and said they put the money back on my credit card but the thing is we paid with cash and I don't even own a credit card. This also happened to my husbands coworker 2 days prior but her tire popped that she got from them. Zero stars, had to put one stars because there was no other choice. NEVER GO TO MEADES!!!!

I took my car in for a simple water pump change because it was overheating. I get it back the next day, I have water in my oil..blown head gasket. I get that pricey job complete thinking that I'm done. Nope, my car was still overheating, I take it back and they say I need a new radiator. well, after the new radiator, I had to take it in three more times because there was air in my lines. On the third time of taking it there and them basically saying they don't know what's going, I stopped going and decided to go somewhere else. The only reason I kept taking it there was because they should fix the problem for free. Needless to say, my car is worse off than when I brought it in. I wouldn't take your car in for anything other than getting tires..and I would be iffy on doing that. The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no option for none.
