Have had NO problems with this company until down to my last 2-3 payments.I was late on a payment after paying off another acct with them.I was mistakingly thinking this was the acct that was auto dedecuted from my bank account.The first and only letter I got from them was AFTER my grace period had expired.They also had my correct phone number on the closed acct so I guess I just assumed they had it for this one too.(They didn't,they still had an old number on this acct for me,thus,the reason for not call).I was willing to pay off this account today on the phone right then and I asked if they could waive the late fee since I was paying it off and had never been late in 3 years on a payment....the manager was very short and snappy with me and refused.Thus,they have lost a customer and any future references in me.Plus,no,I did not pay it off..I hung up and went to pay through my bill pay,as I have done for 3 years.I am a totally UNSATISFIED customer due to this manager having a bad day.
