We also have 96-gallon trash cans on wheels and offer convenient toters for easy curbside disposal. We also provide commercial waste containers in sizes 2, 3, 4, and 6 yards, suitable for various facilities. We accept debit and credit card payments over the phone and require prior notice for scheduling and rates. We are committed to serving their clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Great Company. The guys on the back of the truck Deserve respect. Blistering heat, Freezing cold, Pouring rain Sleet beating you in the face and working with the unpleasant odors to say it politely. The have my Respect and thank you.
First-class company! We have relied on HW Mann for over 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed with their service!
Loyal customer for 16 years. Called to ask if I put out an item would there be a charge and was told no. Received bill and was charged $8 fee. I could have disposed of the item another way without a charge had I been given correct info. Called and spoke with female in office whose only comment was "it wasn't me" and I'll let the office manager know. Looking for a new trash hauling company.
I have been a customer for 18 years and have been pleased with the service and the ability to pay over the phone or even through email, although, this is a little unsafe. For very little investment they could add a simple shopping cart and make it so that they get their money instantly -- paypal would be a great option for today's busy lifestyle and in keeping with how the younger generations do business. Accepting Bit Coins would be a great option, too, and it is coming so why not be the first!
