They were so professional! Champion City did a front porch installation for us. The frame of the porch was already completed. Champion installed railings, ceiling, and covered all surfaces with a product that never needs painting. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, started and finished on time, and stayed exactly on budget. I was really impressed with the professionalism of their employees. We own a 2 story block house and wanted to have siding put on the house, replace the columns under the porch and have the gutters and downspouts replaced. We contacted multiple siding contractors and were impressed with the prompt response and professionalism of Champion City. The owner of Champion City, Darrell Crace, was extremely knowledgeable with the products that are available and left us with a feeling of confidence that the job would be completed the way we wanted it. The people that prepared the house for the siding and installed it did a very good job. They were easy to talk to and willing to get things done the way we wanted. We did experience a bit of miss communication on what type of siding was to be installed under the porch. When we called to question it, the owner came out to our house immediately to resolve the problem. The new gutters and down spouts look good but most importantly work great. Many people have complimented us on the way the house looks now. We are very happy with the way the job went and would recommend Champion City to anyone who is in the market to update their home.
