I have a Fridgidaire galley french door fridge. It started making a horrible noise a year after I got it. Lowe's called them and they called me right away, told me over the phone the issue. They came out made sure that was the problem and it was said they had to order the part. They called about a week later and said they had the part. Set up an appointment. they came on time and fixed it. Now the freezer is making a noise. I will have to call them about this issue but I expect them to be just as efficient. No complaints.

They had my refrigerator fixed with in 30 mins. they had great customer service. The tech was polite and was very professional.

Been trying for 2 months to get Carmichael Appliance to repair my Magic Chef Refrigerator under warranty. First they made an appointment, didn't show up and when I called had no clue who I was when I called. Second time they came out said it needed a part and they would order it.... Waited a month then called them. They said it was backordered. Call Magic Chef and they said they'd have it at Carmichael in two days.... No call from Carmichael. Called and left a message, no call back. Avoid these people if possible.They obviously don't want the work.
