I purchased a battery in September 2014, April 2015 a light comes on my car, I take it to dealership and they discover battery is bad. I have a 3 year warrenty , called this store the female that answered the phone was rude, pretty much told me it doesn't matter if it is under warranty their equipment has to say it is bad. I told her that sounded suspicious she said "oh well, that is the way we do it, many times dealers say the battery is bad and our machine says it is fine" I was very leary of taking battery to that location after talking to her. I called Urbana auto zone, Tom was very pleasant, said bring it down I will put a new one in. He tested it,,,it was dead. How hard would it have been for the poor employee in Springfield to do the same thing. Springfield has lost my business forever. And I am already starting to tell friends and family. Skip that auto zone, they have lousy customer service. Nyoka
