Our professional caregivers under the supervision of the Director of Nursing offer skilled nursing services such as Enteral/Parenteral Feeding, Nebulizer Treatments, Wound Care/Dressing Changes, Client and family teaching/training, Respite care, Medication management and more. In addition, the nursing crew also devise an efficient and personalized care plan and designate a caregiver to every client to assist with the activities of daily living, companionship, Alzheimer and Dementia care, etc. We care for patients, individuals, and families who are dealing with difficulties of old age, injuries, physical disability or chronic diseases that have affected their daily lifestyles, and we deliver these services right in the comfort of your home. Our experienced staff includes: Registered Nurses, License Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Home Health Aides, Licensed Physical Therapist, Licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, and Medical Social Worker.
