• Flooring
  This newly renovated facility conveniently located by I-90 just got a new layout and updated finishes to help facilitate the amazing not-for-profit organization Family Services Association of Greater Elgin. Iris Construction Services provided Design and Permitting from start to finish. We combined two units, revised the layout to accommodate required office and conference spaces, reconfigured electric and HVAC, reworked life safety and sprinkler for the expanded unit, provided an additional restroom, and fresh flooring and paint with accent walls throughout.

  Iris completed this white box market prep for VentureOne at their 107,000sf industrial property. VentureOne is a real estate private equity manager, developer and operating company. The construction included demolition of 90,000sf of office, new warehouse lighting, warehouse whitewash, grind and seal warehouse floors and updating remaining office.
