I love living here this is my 2nd time to lease apartment from them it is very nice and peaceful and relaxing!!

I lived here over a year, they have great maintenance in timely fashion, kind staff and it's a wonderful living opportunity.

This will be our 20th year here. They recently approved improvements on a few things in the duplex. Convenient location, walking distance to Walmart Neighborhood Market, Family Dollar, Steak N Shake, and Lil Caesars Pizza. Neighborhood, most of the time, is quiet. My main complaint is that the office managers change WAY TOO MUCH! By the time you get to know the new manager they either get promoted/transferred or quit. Sometimes its hard to get the ball rolling on major upgrades/repairs because of this but it does ultimately get done.

We have lived in the Village Club North apartments for over ten years. Most of the apartments are updated and refurbished. Over the years, a lot has changed to make the apartments better than when we first moved in. Most of the neighbors are really friendly. We used to have BBQs in the parking lot, which was a great way to connect with the people living around you. The current office manager, Chris, seems like he really cares and is a good listener. If there is any problems, then he gets the issues taken care of right away. I have been impressed with the maintenance improving over the years, as well. I think it is really important to have great neighbors, a manager who listens to the tenants, and maintenance who is responsive and loves to fix items. I hope that the current maintenance and manager stay for a long time, because we need a great power team to help everything continue to improve. Also, it is conveniently located within a short walking or driving distance to many restruaunts, grocery stores, gyms, banks, etc.

I have been living here for about 6 months and I love every minute of it. Any time I put in for a service request it is done speedy and without hiccup, most have been fixed the day of. The outside of my building (1841 E Marsa) just got an update with new siding and a new stairwell. It looks like they are still working on the front of the building too. The insides are very nice and mine was newly updated before I moved in. Angel, the office manager, has always been very nice and accommodating and Jeff the maintenance man will do anything in his power to make sure your problem is fixed. Just like in any apartment, I can hear my neighbors sometimes, but not enough to where it is a constant problem. If you are looking for a nice, cheap apartment I would suggest looking into Village Club!

This is actually my second time to rent from village Club. I originally moved into the 1847 Marsa building from 2006 to 2007 and moved to another property. I moved back to Village club in 2009 where I reside in a duplex that is part of the complex.



Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion as long as no approval is needed by the corporate office If approval is needed I have had to wait as long as 6 months for a request to be approved. Once the local manager has the approval the work is done very quickly.



Angel, the office manager is very courteous and conducts herself in a professional manner and go out of her way to make sure that residents requests or complaints are handled quickly. Likewise Jeff the maintenance guy is very pleasant to deal with.



While the outside of the buildings do look shabby the inside of the apartments look very nice and some units have been renovated.
