Rude and bad attitude. Woman working at customer service entrance looks right at me and then walks off. Had to literally follow her in the warehouse and ask for help to which she replied "we are not technically open now you'll have to wait until I'm free". How can anyone be so negative at 9am? It must be the company.

Paid extra for expedited medications ... they did NOT knock on door but left sticker instead ... spent money to purchase, install and test wireless doorbell with sign placed next to it ... the next day they did NOT knock OR use doorbell ... but left ANOTHER note on door instead ... REALLY UPSET !!!

Ordered easter baskets for my kids online. They were there since friday the third at 1:30 pm. Didn't get delivered Saturday either. Here it is sunday easter day and of course they're closed.

Agree about the customer drop-off/pick-up HUB hours. It's almost like they don't want you to bother them. The local waste dump runs better hours. I only give them 2 stars because they are cheaper than the "UPS Stores" located around town.

It took UPS 3 days to process my request to PICK UP my package instead of having them DELIVER IT. THREE DAYS!!!!!! As a result, I now have to wait until tomorrow to get my package instead of getting it today, plus I will waste twice as much gas. What a bunch worthless trained monkeys.

Always there when you need them

Customer pickup hours at this location stinks. 3 pm to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Needed a package asap USP wouldn't leave it at the location without a signature and was unable to obtain package when needed. Had to go out and purchase what I needed and return the items I ordered. I will never order online when USP is the shipper.
