- Take the Lead is a goal-oriented dance studio which uses a musical/movement approach, focused on teaching life skills in the areas of relationships, physical fitness, stress relief, confidence, and fun. Our goal is to see each student acquire skills which will extend far beyond the dance floor, improving their very quality of life.Take The Lead offers dance instruction in a fun, low-stress environment and can make learning to dance fun for everyone!Our social dance lessons include Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country, and Wedding Choreography. Additionally, our adult fitness classes consist of Hip Hop, Zumba, Yoga, and Ballet classes.

Take the Lead is so flexible with our schedule and we were able to schedule lessons right away. Obi is so patient and really takes the time to teach us the steps and make sure we feel comfortable doing the steps. We get to record the dance steps we've learned so we can practice at home. Even after our wedding, we will still go to take lessons here! I can not say enough good things about our experience here! I highly recommend Take The Lead if you want to learn dance!
I thought I would be out of my comfort zone taking dance classes but Obi has made it easy and engaging. He is knowledgeable and clear. He has made the experience fun. I've had a blast.
